On June 8th, MVC Endorsed 38 Pro-Environmental Candidates for the August 3rd Primary for the Missouri General Assembly.  See if one of them is in your district by visiting our 2010 Endorsement Page.
  The Murkowski Resolution, also known as the "Dirty Air Act," was defeated 53-47 on the Senate Floor June 10th.  Thank you to all MVC supporters who urged Sen. McCaskill to vote NO and protect our air quality.

The environmental community scored at least one big victory in the just-concluded 2010 Legislative Session -- the PACE Bill.   Now it's time to urge Gov. Nixon to sign it into law. Be sure to check our Legislative Wrap-Up for a review of the highs and lows of the session.
